Title

Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.   The Council of the City of Pittsburgh authorizes and directs the Directors of City Planning, Engineering and Construction and Public Works to create a complete inventory of city steps, retaining walls, city sidewalks and curbs, fences and railings, concrete gutters and any other public infrastructure in the City of Pittsburgh.  The inventory is to consist of, but not be limited to, the location, condition grading and list of repairs and/or needed maintenance with cost estimates.
 
Section 2.  A preliminary report of the public steps, retaining walls, city sidewalks and curbs, fences and railings, concrete gutters inventory is to be presented to the Council of the City of Pittsburgh during the 2005 Budget Hearings held in November and December 2004, and the final report is to be presented during the 2006 Budget Hearings held in November and December 2005.
 
NOTE: I do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance duly engrossed and certified, was delivered by me to the Mayor for his approval of disapproval and that the Mayor failed to approve or disapprove the same, whereupon it became law without his approval, under the provisons of the Act of the Assembly in such case made and provided.
