Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) with Experian for third party administration of the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Act for four years of services, at a cost not to exceed Thirty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contracts with Experian in a form authorized by the City Solicitor. Experian shall provide third party administration of the City of Pittsburgh's liabilities under the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation at a cost not to exceed Thirty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($37,000.00).
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget year from the following chart account:
