Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Two, Fiscal, Article VII, Business Related Taxes, Chapters 245, Earned Income Tax and 246, Home Rule Tax, by fixing the rate of interest on certain delinquent Earned Income and Home Rule Taxes for [2001] 2002.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Section 245.03(e) of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended as follows:

"245.03(e) INTEREST FOR [2001] 2002

The interest to be paid under Section 245.03(e) hereof for the year [2001] 2002 is six percent (6.0%).

Section 2.                     Section 246.03(e) of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended as follows:

"246.03(e) INTEREST FOR [2001] 2002

The interest to be paid under Section 246.03(e) hereof for the year [2001] 2002 is six percent (6.0%)
