Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant to be issued in the amount of $365,000.00, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, at GD No. 02-17227, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2002.
