Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution 546 of 2023, entitled “Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Pittsburgh Futures for professional services relating to leadership development training at a sum not to One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($117,336.00) and for the payment of the costs thereof,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement of Agreements with Pittsburgh Futures for professional services relating to leadership development training at a sum not to exceed One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($117,336.00) Two Hundred Seven Thousand, Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars and Zero Cents ($207,336.00), an increase of Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00).
Funds shall be paid from the following grant and general fund accounts:
$27,336.00 from 0229400385.53901.00
$90,000.00 from 11101.102200.53901.2023
$90,000.00 from 11101.102200.53901.2024
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
