Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements for the Department of Innovation & Performance to include upgrades to the City's existing public safety systems for a sum not to exceed $200,000 and for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement(s), Professional Service Agreement(s), and/or Contract(s) or use existing Agreement(s), Professional Service Agreement(s), and/or Contract(s) for Information Systems upgrades to public safety services to include the purchase of equipment, supplies, communication, hardware, software, training, professional services, and maintenance at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) chargeable to and payable from Account 0326155514.57501 1101.103000.53.53509.2016, Mayor’s Office, City Information Systems.
