Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Department of Human Services, OCR, Keys Service Corps located at 1 Smithfield Street, Floor 1, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 with regard to the 2023 AmeriCorps Summer Program for match funding for the AmeriCorps members who worked with the Department of Parks during the 2023 Summer Program in an amount not to exceed FIFTEEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX DOLLARS ($15,936.00).

Section 2.                     Funding for said agreement(s) shall be chargeable and payable from: 11101.500000.53.53901.2023 Item #11111-67.
