Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1:                     Resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, for the calendar year 2026, are hereby authorized to enter into a Facility Usage Agreement or Agreement(s) with Macedonia Face for use of the Ammon Recreation Center in order to provide senior services with quality programming, congregate meals and supportive services.  Said agreement shall be for a term of up to two (2) years at no cost to the City.

 

Section 2:                     Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form authorized by the City Solicitor.
