Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.     The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's 2003 Community Needs Program in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00) One Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($187,200.00) chargeable to and payable from the following chart-fields.
