Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos. 5 & 6 of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.
 
    1. From R2-L, Residential Two-unit Low Density, NDI, Neighborhood Industrial, R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Detached Low Density, and P, Park, to H, Hillside, all certain property bounded by Interstate 279 North (Parkway North), Mt. Pleasant Road, 116-5-32, 116-R-125, 116-R-28, 77-C-62, 77-C-76, 77-C-115, 77-L-135, 77-L-136, 77-L-137, 77-L-158, 77-L-160, 77-L-216, 77_L-218, 77-M-1, 77-M-45, 77-M-43, 77-M-1, 77-L-2856, 77-R-362, and Essen Street.
    1. From LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial, and P, Park, to NDI, Neighborhood Industrial, all certain properties identified as 77-L-225 and 77-G-150.
    1. From R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Low Density, and P, Park, to RM-H, Residential Multi-Unit High Density, all certain properties identified as 77-C-275, 77-C-245, 77-C-242, 77-C-200, 77-C-228, 77-C-198, 77C-212, 77-G-250, 77-G-200, 77-G-220, 77-G-131, 77-G-130, 77-G-129, 77-G-132, 77-L-160, 77-G-150, 77-D-46.
