Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into an Agreement with Creative Information Management Concepts, Inc., to redesign the YP Connection Website and thereafter to maintain the website and conduct data management at a cost not to exceed $106,390. The Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.  Fund 2481, Subclass 600, Acct 526125, Org No 210000, BY 2004.
