Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services is hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, and an agreement or agreements, for the purchase of a video automation and server system for use by the City's government communications channel, and associated cameras, equipment, training, and services connected thereto, and providing for the costs thereof, not to exceed One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy Nine ($152,579) Dollars, payable from Organization Code: 124000, Fund: 1000, Budget Year: 2001, Sub: 120, Account: 543000, Department of General Services, Bureau of Telecommunications.
