Body

Be it resolved by the Council fo the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That Resolution No. 228 of 2001, effective April 18, 2001, is hereby amended by changing the name of the vending overlay district throughout the Resolution from: "Special Events/PNC Park Vending Overlay District" to "North Shore Special Events/Stadia Vending Overlay District"and also by changing the number of recommended locations in the District from nine (9) to thirteen (13), by adding the following additional sites:

The four corners of newly created Martindale and West General Robinson Street intersection.

Section 2.                     In all other respects, Resolution No. 228 of 2001 remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
