Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Caryn S. Lenz c/o Thomas J. Michael, Esquire, 225 Ross Street, Second Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in the aggregate sum of $27,500 in full and final settlement of a claim filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania at C.A. 02-87, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Judgments, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub. 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2005.
