Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety or the Director of General Services on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Contracts and Agreements, for the purchase of City issued tasers, holsters, and related accessories.  The total cost shall not exceed Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars chargeable to and payable from the Confiscated Narcotics Proceeds Trust Fund, Organization Code 230000, Fund 2416, Sub 600, Account 543000, Budget Year 2005, Bureau of Police, Department of Public Safety.
