Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to accept a donation from SaveStation of an outdoor AED cabinet and a Zoll 3 AED valued at EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND NINETY-NINE ($8,399.00) dollars, to be installed in a public area.
