Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Economic Development to enter into Agreements and/or Licenses with various contractors in conjunction with the Office of Economic Development's Growth Initiative Fund marketing, promotional, and development activities, total cost not to exceed $75,000.

Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Economic Development are hereby authorized to enter into Agreements and/or Licenses with various contractors in conjunction with the Office of Economic Development's Growth Initiative Fund marketing, promotional, and development activities.  Agreements and/or Licenses shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor. Associated costs of the efforts using the City of Pittsburgh Growth Initiative Fund monies shall not exceed $75,000, chargeable to and payable from: Fund 1000, Organization Code 999200, Sub Code 300, Budget Year 2002, Acct. 526100.
