Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution No. 772, effective January 1, 2013, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2013 Capital Budget and the 2013 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2013 through 2018 Capital Improvement Program," is hereby amended by increasing the amount of Other funds from $16,998,066 to $17,693,066.  The increase in funding is allocated as follows:
