Title
Resolution providing for the implementation of the Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area “JJ” in the Bloomfield community (Council Districts #7) pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549.

WHEREAS, portions of the Bloomfield community (Council District #7) have petitioned the City in accordance with the established procedures and the City Planning Department has undertaken a parking study which determined that the proposed area is eligible for residential permit parking.
WHEREAS, on January 7, 2014 the City Planning Commission was briefed on this resolution.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. As provided by the Pittsburgh City Code, Chapter 549, entitled “Residential Parking Permit Program,” a parking management plan is adopted as follows:
For the Area bounded by: Carroll Street, from Friendship Avenue to Edmond Street; Choate Way, from Friendship Avenue to Edmond Street; Comrie Way, from Friendship Avenue to Edmond Street; Corday Way, from Ella Street to Joliet Way; Cullen Street, from Penn Avenue to Torley Street; Ella Street, from Friendship Avenue to Liberty Avenue; Friendship Avenue, from Penn Avenue to Cedarville Street; Gangwish Street, from Howley Street to Ella Street; Howley Street, from Main Street to Friendship Avenue; Joliet Way, from Corday Way to Friendship Avenue; Liberty Avenue, from Howley Street to Cedarville Street; Main Street, from Woolslayer Way to Howley Street (odd number addresses only); Milgate Street, from Main Street to Friendship Avenue; Orville Way, from Corday Way to Rosina Way; Pearl Street, from Liberty Avenue to Penn Avenue; Rosina Way, from Howley Street to Pearl Street; Sapling Way, from Corday Way to Rosina Way; Stack Way, from Friendship Avenue to its terminus; Taylor Street, from Liberty Avenue to Friendship Avenue; Torley Street, from Friendship Avenue to Pearl Street; and Woolslayer Way, from Main Street...
