Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of a single payment in 2023 to Evelyn Mary Miller and her attorneys Woomer & Talarico, LLC, at a cost not to exceed Thirty-five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($35,000.00), in full and final settlement of litigation, filed at No. G.D. 20-009240 in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas chargeable to and payable from Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2023.
