.Resolution granting unto, Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Pittsburgh Branch, 717 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, bollards on the sidewalk area at 717 Grant Street and William Penn Place in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

That the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Pittsburgh Branch, 717 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219,their successors and assigns, is hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, steel bollards with painted aluminum covers on the sidewalk area at:

1) 717 Grant Street: 46 steel bollards, 3'7” high, 14” in diameter set back approximately 2'2” from the curb, minimum 3'4” centerline to centerline, at curb line, and four (4) removable bollards, 4' clearance on pedestrian area of sidewalk for access, per Exhibit A.
2) William Penn Place: 36 total steel bollards, 6 which can be manually lowered into sidewalk, 3' high, 1'4” in diameter, set back approximately 1'10” from face of curb, 3'4” minimum centerline to centerline, 4' clearance on pedestrian area of sidewalk for access, per Exhibit B, in the 2nd Ward, 6th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-670 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction.
