Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh, for the administration and implementation of the "Central Relocation Agency" at a cost not to exceed $350,000, chargeable to and payable from the 2001 CDBG Program, "Central Relocation Agency," Account #566402, Fund #2610, Organization #810000, Subclass C-2000, Project #2215888, Budget Year 2001.
