Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with STV Inc. for costs associated with Preliminary Engineering for the Bloomfield Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Six Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Two Dollars and Eighty-Seven Cents ($674,192.87), reimbursable at 100%., chargeable and payable from the following account(s):
