Resolution authorizing a five-year Rooftop License Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and 600 GS Prop LP at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Eleven Dollars And Sixty Cents ($144,411.60).

WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into a Rooftop License Agreement with 600 GS Prop LP whose term expired in May 2018; and

 

WHEREAS, the parties now wish to enter into a new such Rooftop License Agreement for a term of five years and expiring in May 2023 in order to further enhance the City’s digital video camera platform.

 

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of Innovation & Performance and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a five-year Rooftop License Agreement or Agreements with 600 GS Prop LP at a total cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN DOLLARS and SIXTY CENTS ($144,411.60), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:

The Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.

 

Section 2.                        Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
