Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Resolution #648 effective date October 17, 2001 which presently reads as follows:

The Mayor, the Director of City Planning, Director of General Services or the Director of Engineering and Construction are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with professional service consultants, vendors or contractors, and providing for administrative/staff costs related to the Nine Mile Run Watershed Restoration, at a cost not to exceed $1,960,000, chargeable and payable from the Nine Mile Run Rivers Conservation Plan, Chart Field: Acct. 500000; Fund 5100; ORG 110000; Sub-class PGHPR; P/G# 2256152; BY 1997. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such other terms and conditions as may be in the best interest of the City and are required by the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's Growing Greener Grant Program. All payments to be made under this Agreement are subject to and contingent upon the receipt by the City of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection grant funds.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:
