Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 164, effective March 29, as amended, which currently reads as follows:

The Mayor and the Deputy Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Ellsworth Avenue Business Association, to purchase and install along the Ellsworth Avenue business corridor, improvements consisting of decorative light fixtures, an electrical system, and planters at a cost not to exceed Ninety-Two Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-One Dollars ($92,571.00), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts in the Neighborhood Needs Program.
