Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution 328 of 2000, effective May 25, 2000, which presently reads as follows:

"SECTION 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the City Planing, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for services in connection with the Master Planning Activities in the Hazelwood Business District as part of the overall Hazelwood - Second Avenue Development, at a cost not to exceed $30,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:  500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205905-2000."

Is hereby repealed in its entirety.
