Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $4,646.55, in favor of Sherman Hopson, 2421 Bedford Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, for property damage to his parked vehicle from a City ES refuse vehicle on March 2, 2015 on N. Mathlilda Street, charging same to Code 11101.58.58105.108000.2015.
