NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby designate Monday, March 3, 2003 as “Literacy Day” and encourages everyone in the City to stop what they are doing at 10:15 a.m. and spend the next 15 minutes reading a newspaper, book, magazine or other material of their choosing.
