Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of General Services and Finance to enter into a Right-of-Way Agreement with Duquesne Light Company in connection with electrical service for the Department of General Services Motor Pool facility in the 1st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh

.Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Directors of the Departments of General Services and Finance are authorized to enter into a Right-of-Way Agreement with Duquesne Light Company granting the right to construct and maintain an overhead and underground electrical service system for the Department of General Services Motor Pool facility on land owned by the City of Pittsburgh and the right to occupy and use as part of the underground system a conduit and transformer pad provided by the Duquesne Light Company.  The Right-of-Way Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
