Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The City Clerk, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into Professional Service Agreement(s) with a vendor/s for Phase II of the historical restoration of Council Chambers, and providing for the payment of cost thereof, not to exceed $25,000, chargeable to and payable from:

Account #000000, Fund 6100, Sub Class PGHPR, Organization Code 121000 Project/Grant # 2267363 and Budget Year 2010.
