Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 70, effective February 18, 2020, which presently reads as follows:

Section 1. "The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the professional landscape architectural services for South Side Park Phase I Design, between the City of Pittsburgh and Pashek + MTR. The total not to exceed cost is Four Hundred Thousand ($400,000.00) Dollars for professional services.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, for the professional landscape architectural services for South Side Park Phase I Design, between the City of Pittsburgh and Pashek + MTR. The total not to exceed cost is Four Hundred Sixty One Thousand and Two Hundred Twenty ($461,220.00) Dollars for professional services
