Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Building Inspection are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement to obtain software maintenance and support for  existing PermitsPlus software for the year 2002 at a cost not to exceed $9,161 payable from Fund 1000, Org. 270000, Account 525100, Sub-class 150, Budget Year 2002.
