Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. That the City Controller be and is hereby authorized to carry over unencumbered balances or portions thereof remaining in certain General Fund Accounts for the year 2001 to the same Accounts for the year 2002.
