Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, for the calendar year 2004, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, contract or contracts and use of existing agreement or agreements, contract or contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) or less with Mary Beth McDonald, a public relations coordinator in connection with the Department's recreational and park related services.
 
Section 2.  Funds for said agreement or agreements, contract or contracts and use of existing agreement or agreements, contract or contracts and shall be payable from the following: Account 526100, Fund 1000, Subclass 150, Org 500000, Budget Yr. 2004.
 
The Controller is hereby authorized and directed to encumber the funds for each agreement or contract upon execution of individual agreements or contracts.
