Resolution authorizing the Office of the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into two-year reimbursement agreements for the 2026 Love Your Block program at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000).

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Office of the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to utilize funding for two years budgeted in the City of Pittsburgh 2026 Operating Budget in an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000).
Section 2. The Office of the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby further authorized to enter into reimbursement agreements with qualified nonprofit organizations to carry out block revitalization projects. The grant reimbursement agreements shall be awarded in amounts not to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500), as indicated in Section 5.
Section 3. All reimbursements shall be made to recipients through reimbursement agreements.
Section 4. All monies shall be paid from JDE account 11101.102000.53.53901.2026
Section 5. The selected qualified nonprofits that will complete Love Your Block projects are as follows:
