Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Resolution No. 966, effective December 21, 1994, is hereby amended as follows: "The Treasurer, City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized and directed to deposit six dollars ($6.00) from the court costs collected for each parking violation pursuant to sections 541.07, 543.09(a) and 545.05(a) of the City Code and 42 PA.C.S.A. Section 1725.1 (Pennsylvania Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) into Code Account 58-3, the Retirees Additional Benefits Trust Account, on a quarterly basis, to be used to provide additional health care benefits for retired police officers, firefighters and municipal employees all eligible retired employees as prescribed in Resolution No. 13 of 1992, as amended.
