Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with Hosack, Spect, Muetzel & Wood for the performance of an audit of three (3) DCED grants for the 31st Ward (Lincoln Place) Community Center, at a total cost not to exceed Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500.00), chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
