Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue, and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of The Allegheny County Bureau of Elections, 604 County Office Building, Suite 604, 542 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219-2953 in the amount of $59,702.68 in payment of costs associated with the Special Election held on March 5, 2002 to fill the vacancy of Council District #9, payable from Fund 1000, Org 101200, SubClass 150, Account 525500, Budget Year 2002.
