Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Authorizing the Mayor and the Chief of the Department of Innovation and Performance to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendment to existing agreements for the continued licensing of Microsoft Enterprise software in order to maintain existing infrastructure for operating systems, servers, database management, and data archiving and to purchase professional support services. The cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Two Million Five Hundred Eleven Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty-One Dollars ($2,511,261.00) over a period of three (3) years and shall be payable from the following account, subject to the appropriation of City Council in respective budget years:

2017:                      11101.103000.53.53509.2017                     $837,087.00

TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED:                      $2,511,261.00

Section 2.                      The agreements or agreements and amendments are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
