Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to accept a donation from Community Family Advocates in the amount of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED ($273,300.00) to support the City of Pittsburgh’s co-response and downtown policing programs.  Donated monies shall be deposited into the General Fund, account 11101.210000.48106.
