Resolution providing for the acceptance by the City of Pittsburgh from Juan C. Arevalo and Fernando L. Arevalo, son and dad as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, certain property in the 16th Ward for construction of a public street and related improvements at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

Body.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to accept a deed from Juan C. Arevalo and Fernando L. Arevalo, son and dad, dedicating a portion of certain property on Shelly Street in the 16th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated as part of Block 13-D-227-1 in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, for construction of a public street and related improvements, in fee simple and at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

Property is described as follows:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT OR PIECE OF GROUND situate in the 16th Ward (formerly the 27th Ward) of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being a portion of Lot No. 1 in the Shelly Street Homes Plan "A" recorded in Plan Book Volume 232 Page 74, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Shelly Street at the dividing line between lots 1 and 2 in said plan, thence North 62° 00' 00" West a distance of 21.89 feet to a point at the true place of beginning; thence by an arc of a circle curving to the left having a radius 4.74 feet for an arc distance of 7.10 feet to a point; thence South 32° 24' 20" West 22.50 feet to a point on the easterly line of Oakley Way; thence along Oakley Way, North 19° 23' 53' East (calculated) North 36° 36' 07" West (plan), for a distance of 27.01 feet to the intersection of the east line of Oakley Way with the southerly line of Shelly Street; thence along the southerly line Shelly...
