Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement (s) or Contract (s) securing professional services to conduct a watershed management/flood control study/plan for the Saw Mill Run watershed area at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account: 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2256153-2002.
