Resolution amending resolution 880 of 2019, which authorized the fee schedule for 2020 pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code, in order to update the fees associated with the Schenley Park Ice Rink for the remainder of 2020.

WHEREAS, the City of Pittsburgh is developing a COVID-19 safety plan to potentially reopen the Schenley Park Ice Rink, contingent on the orders of public health agencies; and,
WHEREAS, as such, the City is seeking to reduce fees associated with the Schenley Park Ice Rink for the remainder of 2020 to avoid confusion that could be caused by an alteration of fees in the middle of ice skating season and to limit issues that were caused last season by the need for patrons to carry change; and,
WHEREAS, the below listed proposed fees for the remainder of 2020 match the fees that will be presented for Council approval as part of the 2021 Fee Schedule.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The fees associated with the Schenley Park Ice Rink are hereby amended for the remainder of 2020 as follows:

Section 2. The amendments to the fees associated with the Schenley Park Ice Rink shall take effect immediately upon final passage by City Council.
