Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to receive grant funding from the Pittsburgh Arena Real Estate Redevelopment LP to benefit the rehabilitation of the City-owned Ammon Recreation Center and Park in the Hill District Neighborhood in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund 4029400466.48311.00.

 

Section 2.                     The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($500,000.00) dollars to benefit the rehabilitation of the City-owned Ammon Recreation Center and Park in the Hill District Neighborhood, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400466.
