Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services or the Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts or Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Contracts or Agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor to purchase SCUBA equipment and training for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.  Total cost shall not exceed Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($17,500.00) chargeable to and payable from Organization Code 220000, Fund 5100, Account 540000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project 2262033, Budget Year 2002.
