Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The following item in Resolution Number 226, effective April 10, 2024, authorizing the sale of a property in the Eighteenth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, in accordance with Act No. 171 of 1984, is hereby repealed. The hand money is to be refunded, as the property has been demolished. Item T: 503 Climax Street, 14-E-106 (COUNCIL DISTRICT: 3)
