Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Chief of Police and the Mayor or the Director of General Services on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into contract or contracts, or use of existing contract or contracts, or agreement or agreements, to purchase computers, mobile data computers, warranties, mounting equipment and accessories at a cost not to exceed One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand, Eight Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($185,850.00) chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
