Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     On behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a License Agreement or Agreements with the University of Pittsburgh in order to conduct free clinical testing activities for seniors at City recreational and/or senior centers as designated by the Director of the Parks and Recreation, or his/her designee, through programs including but not limited to those offered by the School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and the School of Pharmacy.

Such Agreements(s) shall be at no cost to either party and shall be approved as to form by the City Solicitor.
