WHEREAS, the Pennsylvania Sportsman's Club Incorporated is a non-profit organization that provides services to residents of the community; and

WHEREAS, they provide a place for members of the organization and guests gather for recreation, meetings and companionship; and

WHEREAS, Pennsylvania Sportsman's Club Inc. desires to be more self sufficient so it can fund the programs and activities it provides to its members and visitors to improve their quality of life.
